Bastian Software Solutions is the software development division of Bastian Solutions specializing in designing and developing supply chain applications. The company strives to provide businesses with the tools they need to achieve highly efficient supply chain and material handling operations.

The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for creating, maintaining, and communicating schedules of resources assigned to external and internal projects. They work closely with Project Managers and other key stakeholders to understand priorities, forecast timelines, and identify/resolve scheduling conflicts. Additionally, they must provide assistance to the finance department and manage Pick-to-Display (PTD), server, workstation and peripherial inventory. This includes coordinating the rework, testing, and shipping of the PTD devices and conducting inventory audits for the PTD, server, workstation and peripherial inventory.

  • Timely processing of all resource requests.
  • Provide visibility on current and future work assignments.
  • Seamless augmenting of finance deparpent when necessary.
  • Maintain minimum levels of PTD safety stock ready-to-ship to customers.
  • Manage all server, workstation and peripherial inventory.
  • Inventory accuracy at 100%.


  • Bachelors in Business or Engineering Management.
  • Recent and upcoming graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Superior communications skills.
  • Strong computer skills with: MS Office, MS Project, MS Project Server.
  • Energetic, ambitious, and hard working.
  • Ability to use problem solving skills to resolve scheduling conflicts
  • Ability to accurately forecast project timing.
  • Strong interpersonal skills required.

General Duties:

  • Create and maintain master internal project schedule using MS Project and Project Server. Interface with: BSS Management Team, Department Heads, Project Managers, and Sales Team.
  • Ensure company resources have a prioritized queue of work in front of them at all times.
  • Assist and augment finance department in AX processes for project accounting and answering phones.
  • Process PTD, server, workstation and peripherial orders – Ensure hardware is readied and shipped to customers in a timely manner.
  • Monitor inventory levels. Periodic spot check of inventory along with Finance Manager.
