Partner with hiring managers throughout our organization to establish a recruiting strategy for openings within assigned business unit(s). The incumbent will be responsible for working with assigned business unit in forecasting headcount needs and keeping the organization staffed at budget with top talent. The position will require using a variety of leading edge recruiting resources to identify, recruit, evaluate, recommend and secure qualified candidates for open positions to ensure the achievement of company growth plans. 

Major Responsibilities/Activities

  • Partners with assigned business unit to understand strategic business objectives and organizational design in order to develop strategies that will meet current and future staffing needs.
  • Responsible for the creation and execution of leading edge sourcing strategies.  Follows established service levels to maintain exceptional client service, meet the needs of Hiring Managers, and create a employer of choice candidate experience.
  • Responsible for the continuous improvement of cost effective recruiting/sourcing skills and knowledge using latest sourcing and recruiting methods/technologies and improving organization attractiveness by keeping abreast of industry trends, compensation packages and practices
  • Manages the interview process with candidates and hiring managers in accordance with Company guidelines in addition to negotiating salaries and presenting job offers to candidates. 
  • Develops recruiting strategies by partnering with hiring teams, understanding short and long term hiring goals and maintaining industry knowledge in order to meet business needs/objectives for assigned organizations.
  • Create innovative sourcing strategies to tap inot passive candidate and university talent pools
  • Maintains business relationships with hiring managers through continuous written and oral communication to inform managers about candidates in the pipeline and identify hiring needs that are forecasted.
  • Develop active pipeline of candidates using traditional and creative sourcing methods, including, but not limited to ad responses, online searches, internet postings, internal database searches, and referrals networking. 
  • Works together with other internal Talent Acquisition Partners on best practices, sourcing, and customer collaboration.

 Minimum Requirements 

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Expert knowledge of using Networking, Social Media and technology to attract passive top talent
  • A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in direct search and corporate recruitment experience along with sourcing and recruiting highly technical passive candidates, or candidates with specific niche technologies
  • Proven experience educating, supporting and influencing hiring managers regarding best practices in the recruiting process, interviewing and the selection.  Results are to enhance the candidate experience, hire the most qualified candidate and reduce time to fill rate.  
  • Proven ability in exercising judgment through use of market trends and workforce supply / demand information in their recruiting strategy to locate and source high quality candidates.  Must also use this knowledge to better qualify candidates to hiring teams.
  • Solid experience using prior ATS systems, complying with EEO processes and maintain complete candidate tracking information
  • Must have strong experience in providing consistent communication and messages to candidates regarding our company, products, culture etc.
  • Ability to work independently and be resourceful
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
