We are seeking a Customer Service Manager for our ZiPline Conveyor group!

Customer Service will be your focus.  You will be building relationships with customers while devloping mastery of material handling product knowledge. You will also manage the service team.

Duties will include, but not be limited to, the following:

Support all ongoing field quality concerns

Manage service engineers, service technicians, and installations supervisors

Facilitate projects from purchase order to project completion

Work with customers on service contracts and field updates

Provide pro-active field support and reviews

40-60% overnight travel expected

 

Required Qualifications

Experience with customer service in technical environment

Bachelors degree in engineering or operations with 5+ years experience
